New Champion: Jock, The Athlete of Zuan

Lore(basic info): Jock lives in Zuan, he was one of the Lost Children of Zuan (like Ekko, which is someone he looked up to). He's well known for his ability in a popular street-sport, played by the children in Zuan. (No name for the sport yet, open to suggestions?) The game is similar to American football and baseball and involves scoring goals by hitting a ball with a club through a small goal. He'd most likely be a mid-laner or a top-laner. His auto-attacks are melee. He carries a club and a ball with him at all times. His abilities deal magic damage.

Abilities-

Passive: Goal! - When Jock passes through a Goal he gains a shield and his next auto attack deals bonus magic damage. Ally projectiles that pass through a Goal will travel further and deal 50% bonus magic damage. Enemy projectiles that pass through a Goal will deal 50% less damage. (Goals are about the size of a champion. It is not super long, like Jayce's Gate.)

Q: Think Fast- Jock hits the ball with his club, sending it in a straight line and knocking all enemies aside. Champions hit are briefly slowed. If the the ball goes through a Goal the ball will explode on impact with a champion, or at the end of its travel.

W: Juke- Jock quickly dashes forward, and spins to his right. At the end of his dash/spin, Jock will hit surrounding enemies. After spinning to the right, Jock can recast the ability to dash again, this time without spinning at the end. A Goal is left where Jock started.
(the Goal left behind is meant for his teammates to use to empower their projectiles and weaken incoming enemy projectiles. W could be used with his E in order to proc his passive)

E: Portable Goal- Jock places a Goal at a target location.

R:Grand Slam- Jock places a huge Goal in front of him (about the size of Jayce's gate) and begins to hit 4 Balls, 1 at a time, in a straight line. Jock can move while this ability is being cast. Balls that go through a Goal will explode on impact with a champion or at the end of their travel. (The projectiles go through minions but not champions, and they do not slow like his Q does.)

Thats it. All ability names could be changed, his name and title could also be changed easily.
