Skins competition

Dearest friends of league, I believe that Riot should hold a competition-ish kinda thing for a skin design like it would say; "The person who designs the best original skin for any champion wins the skin they designed and the skin gets to be released to the world to purchase." So tell me what you guys think because I personally like the idea and if you do happen to do this Riot I would love it if someone makes Hextech Shyvana.
