Does Fiddlesticks finally deserve rework soon?!

Fiddlesticks was released 21st of February 2009 and he was op at that time! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] But now it looks like no one cares about him*[zombie-nunu-bummed]* , and other players think that he represents troll pick for team.[zombie-brand-facepalm] His abilities doesnt give him some mobility [zombie-brand-clap] ,escept his ultimate ,his pick rate is 1,22% right now, and i rly think he finally deserves visual and gameplay update soon to be more fun and playable for everyone![slayer-jinx-wink] Guys tell what do you think! I'm pretty sure ARAM mains would throw a temper tantrum if they ever changed fiddlesticks in any way.
