Ekko could use a new skin

Since I enjoy playing Ekko the boy that has shattered time, I believe that he is long due for a new skin. This is just a theory but with all the buffs that he has being receiving lately I, think he well obtain a new skin. But on the flip side, the friends that I speak and play league with a lot have said that it is difficult to create a good idea skin for the champions personality. I have this image of Ekko where his Z-drive uses its ability to much and malfunctions leading Ekko to lost in paradox timeline. So basically he becomes a pixelated with missing body parts, with the pixels moving back and fourth throughout the body, while Ekko tries to find a way back into his own time line. If this idea is down correctly I can see it being a legendary or even and ultimate quality skin.
