NEW CHAMPION IDEA

Bear with me lol .......Make a champion ,maybe a tank or an AP carry, that reflect skill (but not ults) to the enemy. Maybe that particular ability would be an ult somehow. And probably not at full damage cause that WOULD be op as hell. maybe like half on a mild cooldown scale.
