Item Set Creator For League Of Legends OFFLINE! ***Windows Java Based***

Hey guys!

For all you new installers of the alpha client that are upset that you can longer use the item set creator without logging out back into legacy client well here is a newly made program for your satisfaction! I have put a few days work into this program and I recently just added a new mode to select items into an item block. Click on Settings and you will have the option for grid or scroll pane layout! The scroll pane is a much more efficient way to select and move items around. The grid layout gives the user a view of all the items that can be selected as well as champions. Be aware that the mode changes for both champion selection and item selection. Enjoy!
