My "new" champion concept

-But Riot should really make a champion that throws darts or needles at people. -Passive - acupuncture - increases Grievous wounds debuff by 0.5% or 0.25% every 2 levels -Q can be loaded by 3-5 charges, cooldown at first levels are long but scales through late game, enemy gets wounded debuff after 2/3 darts -w can be 4 darts are thrown in a circular way -e can be a dash/ can enhance AD/ms/AS -r can be casting a needle barrage (targeting all enemy in a circular zone/quadrilateral zone, channeled through 3 seconds, deals massive damage)
