Riot Games MMO Concept(please read this is very detailed and includes a business model)

Disclaimer: This is just an idea and I thought of this on the spot so my lore is not 100% accurate... I also only posted this here because I didn't know where else to put it

Factions/Areas Piltover, Zaun, Demacia, Ionia, Noxus, Freljord, Shadow Isles, Void, Shurima, Bilgewater

Piltover is the city of innovation where the smart reign over the ignorant. If you're an inventor with a mind to better society, Piltover is the city for you!

Zaun is the land of lawless experimentation and ruthless inventors, who can create the strongest weapon or most exotic creature? FIND OUT HERE

Demacia is a land of justice and peace... with a strict moral code... and a dark secret. Their treatment of mages is cruel and unusual because they fear their power, can you rise up to defend this country's gold plated armor and rotted hearts?

Noxus, the land of a ruthless dictatorship where the strong rule and the weak serve. Can you rise above your station and find your way to greatness here?

Freljord, there are three tribes in these frozen plains, one of freedom and anarchy, one of unity, and one of controlled domination. Can you help these three warring factions find peace?

Ionia, a land of harmony between humans and nature... but while they see balance in all things, their way of life is flawed and their prejudice extends heavily to their neighbors. The Vastaya are half animals that live in the woods around Ionia, and are fighting against the oppression of humans while trying to restore the forest to its former glory. (btw all of this lore is stuff I'm pulling out of my brain tank at a moment's notice.)

Bilgewater: Pirates pay the tithe as they go out of the harbor, when they return they drink and count their coins! Gangplank is a fearsome boss, but who's to say where you can go with your wild background and history... YARR

anyways the shadow isles isn't listed above because they're not a faction as they're kind of lawless zones where nobody is allied with anything but their village... and Shurima from what I remeber has been focused on Isolationism... NOW FOR THE KICKER

DLC CONTENT, Shurima, Shadow Isles, Void Invasion

CASH SHOP: Now everyone hates a cash shop but this is an F2P model I'm pitching here so gimme a break,

Cosmetics available in the styles of the different regions from the cash shop so you can look fancy and fit in with the crowd of your chosen faction! Couple that with the before mentioned DLC and randomized cosmetic loot boxes like random skins in league of legends and you have yourself a right and proper business model to make MILLIONS, if not BILLIONS! Please don't make the game Pay 2 Win as it has worked out poorly for other companies in the past... just take a look at Blade & Soul...

I would also recommend making a conversion system to turn in game currency into cash shop currency as this has worked extremely well for games in the past. Before I say anymore, I do want to say, thank you for reading this far into my post... I'm a writer and Entrepreneur not a game designer so this could be really far fetched but I think its do-able with the resources riot games have, and the community that's here to support them!

multi-faction system concept incoming:

Bilgewater/Zaun/Noxus vs Demacia/Piltover/Ionia Freljord = Choose your Side

Potential Gameplay Element: Different starting zones and Quest Lines based on which faction you choose to start in and/or support. Start in Demacia, but defect to Noxus because you don't like how they treat mages Start in the Freljord and decide you're tired of the cold and go to Ionia to work towards harmony between your faction and nature by defending yourselves from Noxus! START IN ZAUN, THE COUNTRY OF CRAZY INVENTORS AND GO TO DEMACIA OR PILTOVER SEEKING A PLACE TO FIGHT FOR YOUR MORAL COMPASS there are so many options for what you can do!
