REX'SAI
Since Rek'Sai is new, she only has 1 skin. I have an idea that I think is perfect. Give 
a T-rex skin and name it Rex'Sai.

wouldn't work with her body type. When Riot makes a skin if must conform to the body of the champion with only minor differences. What you are talking about is a complete redesign of her entire body for the sake of one skin and a pun involving her name.
