rp and into ip conversion

In some games u can convert ur paid currency into free currency for example if I have 1235 ip and a champ costs 1350 ip I can buy it if I have 100 rp but I lose all my ip and spend some rp. this would help with the people that say the have 24 rp and cant do shit with it. but I wouldn't go vice versa.
