HUD feature
So, I've been thinking about this for some time. I am the kind of player who enjoys a game once in a while, so I don't really have the experience or time to learn the prices of the items I would like to buy with my hard-earned CS bounty. This caused me to pass more time in base than I'd like to admit, just waiting for those extra coins to finally being able to purchase that one OP item that would for sure win me my lane and by extension, the game (ofcourse!).
I came up with the following: At first there is nothing special. (Yes, I picked Teemo for this demonstration, who doesn't love him?!)

But when you open the shop, some item slots appear in the upper left corner of the HUD.

You can now click and drag the desired item to these slots. If you don't need this awesome feature, because you are an expert in item gathering and gold digging, the item slots will just disappear when you close the shop window. However, if you drag some items to the slots, they (with items in them) will stay visible showing you how much gold the items cost and how much time it would take to be able to afford the item (the countdown is now based on the standard gold per 10 seconds, but this could be optimized with average gpm for example)

I think this is a simple feature that will almost certainly help many players to optimize their "b" pressing, especially new players. This will also help players to actually learn the prices of the items they place in the slots, because they have to keep looking at them.
Let me know what you think :)
