Quinn, the Symbol of Demacia Region: Demacia Sex: Female Age: 24-32 Combat Styles or Mastered: Fencing, Kenjutsu, Bojutsu, Haidong Gumdo, Yabusame, Kendo, and Taekwondo Weapons: Semi-automatic crossbow, and Demacian Sword. Game Type: Range, Duelist-assassin scout

I looked into what everyone had to say in the last post. Lists of complaints: Too Complicated Overloaded Limited Counterplay Not a good idea by making the Ult her W Passive was too overpowered

Favorable changes: The new Vault, but too strong.

(P) Harrier - Passive:

Valor periodically marks a nearby visible target, as Vulnerable every 6 seconds, revealing them for 4 seconds. Units hit by Blinding Assault, Vault and Skystrike will also be marked as Vulnerable.

Non-Champions: Quinn's next basic attack against a Vulnerable target deals 10 − 95 (based on level) (+ 16% − 50% (based on level) AD) bonus physical damage.

Champions: If the Vulnerable target is an enemy champion, Quinn's next basic attack is melee against Vulnerable target, gain 40% bonus movement towards Vulnerable champion dealing 17.5 - 125 (based on level) (+ 60% - 120% (based on level) AD) bonus physical damage. If Quinn damages the Vulnerable target, Quinn leaps back by 525 units knocking the enemy back and slowing them by 25% for 1.5 seconds.

(Q) Blinding Assault - Active:

Quinn commands Valor to fly in high speed in a chosen line of direction of 500 units within 1025 units. Valor stops at the first target hit dealing 20-100 (+ 60%-80% AD) physical damage, applying nearsighted for 1.5 seconds.

If Valor hits Quinn, Valor travels longer (1025 units) and faster in the line of direction, and will also stun the first target hit for 0.5 seconds.

Non-champion targets are disarmed instead of the duration.

Cost: 60 Cooldown: 11-9

(W) Heightened Senses - 3 Level Passive/Active:

Level 1 - Active: Quinn can order Valor to reveal an area of 350 units within 1250 units for 2 seconds. Second Point: 1250 units to 1500 units.

Level 2 - Passive: Quinn increases her vision range by 250 units Forth Point: 250 units to 500 units

Level 3: Everything within Quinn's range is revealed, unless if it is under stealth. Valor can reveal under stealth units, not wards.

Cooldown: 50-30

(E) Vault - Active:

Quinn dashes in the target direction, dealing 20-155((+ 20% AD) increased by 10%-15%(Max: 40%-100%) per 100 movement speed) physical damage, and slowing all enemy hit by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Quinn will not lose her bonus movement speed from Behind Enemy Lines but will exit Behind Enemy Lines, and keep the bonus movement speed for 0.5 seconds after the dash.

Pressure the Assult - Passive: If Quinn hits an enemy champion with Vault, gain 20%-80% bonus attack speed for 2 seconds. Harrier's cooldown is decreased by 20% for 2 seconds.

Cost: 60 Cooldown: 12-8

(R) Behind Enemy Lines - First Active:

Quinn channels for 0.5 seconds. Upon completing it successfully, and Valor picks her up, Quinn gains a burst of movement speed by 200% for 0.5 seconds, then increasing her total movement speed by 70%/130% and gaining the ability to activate Skystrike.

Suffering immobilizing crowd control effects while Behind Enemy Lines is channeling cancels it. Taking damage from champions, monsters, or turrets while Behind Enemy Lines is active removes the bonus movement speed for 3 seconds.

If you have a least one point in Behind Enemy Lines, respawning or returning to the summoning platform will spawn Valor.

(R) Skystrike - Second Active:

Quinn detaches from Valor, ending Behind Enemy Lines' effects, and deals 40% AD physical damage to all units around her.

Launching a basic attack, Blinding Assault, or Vault during Behind Enemy Lines automatically activates Skystike. Skystike will follow Quinn's trail during Vault.

Fun small notes: What I am looking for is a champion that fits the Demacian symbol, or should say, she is the symbol. Valor is a bird that represents the wings, and Quinn is secretly the bare of the Demacian sword, the sword owned by the founder of Demacia. The sword was locked behind a vault which can only open by the true Demacian. Even the kings, the bloodline of Demacia, not the founder, were called unworthy of opening the vault. How the vault function, is still unknown to the population, but words on the wall tolled a tale, a tale that the true Demacian would bare the wing symbol, and would be able to put fear within the strongest man and woman.

As I was making this concept, I wanted to add her melee concept Riot originally designed when she was under development. I did not want to change her overall playstyle, so I tried to make a fun little addition to her passive. Her new title name is because the Wings on the Demacian symbol is the same as Valors wings and that she has the Sword of Demacia. Overall, I am satisfied with how it turned out, but I must not forget public opinion. So what you think?

I like this a bit more than the previous one and the passive look nice but going melee range to proc harrier kinda kill the safety of the champ. Not that I dislike it entirely but having to go melee ranged every harrier proc kill her ability to be played ADC. The Q description fucked me over , what do you mean if Valor hit Quinn and travel longer ? I don't get it. The 0.5 second stun ability is nice thought and fair. Her W basically is a reveal but on 2 second instead of instant. Could work. Love the sight range increase idea as a scout. However the movement speed /attack speed buff you get from her W will hurt her kiting and dps so I don't know. Vault scaling on movement speed is a good idea however. Now for the ult, the 0,5 second of 200% movement speed is just great because what I miss the most from the old ult it's the instant movement speed buff. The channel always bothered me but this is a good way to make it fair. The thing that bother me the most is the huge damage nerf Quinn suffered on her ultimate skystrikes and I think it could get buffed. Otherwise, good work.

wearing that much armor on a scout is unrealistic, they should just rework her into a raptor knight
