So... about this year's ultimate skin

Why is everything so quiet this year? Pulsefire Ezreal was released the 6/29 and Spirit Guard Udyr the 7/17. So why don't we have any news about this years ultimate skin yet? It isn't going to be released in summer? I mean, last year we started getting clues in May and this year the only red reply on the topic said that it may or may not be for Lux. Can we know at least which its state of developement is?
