Riot please make a skin wishlist in the client

I think that Riot games should create a skin wish list in the client. It should include all skins in the game to choose from including ones that are unavailable. Friends should be able to view each others wish list's, this would be good for gifting. And your wish list should influence what shows up in the occasional discount shops that we get. Maybe like 4 of the skins be strait from your wish list, and at least one legacy skin. Just saying Riot if people want the skins they are much more likely to spend their money.
