Champ Concept: Sporr'gram, The Mushroom King

Bruiser Style Champ
Passive- Sporr'gram drops mushrooms as he walks. After a brief set-up, the mushrooms begin to spread Mycelium vines. Mushrooms within close proximity of one another combine their Mycelium patches. Mushrooms have 1 hit HP and destroying them decays the attached Mycelium over a short period of time. Sporr'gram has increased movement speed on his Mycelium and the Mycelium it's self grants mild vision of anything standing on it.
Q- Neurotoxin- Passive- Sporr'gram releases a naturally toxic aura that applies Neurotoxin stacks to nearby enemies. Enemies hit by Sporr'grams basic attacks also gain stacks (Max 5). Each stack causes light ticking magic damage. Activate- Nearby enemies who are standing on Mycelium become rooted and take increased magic damage from each stack of Neurotoxin they have for the duration.
w- Fungal Bloom- Sporr'gram releases a poisonous plume of fungal bacteria for a brief duration (It follows him). Reduces enemy vision and expands Sporr'grams toxic aura. If Fungal Bloom contacts one of Sporr'gram's mushrooms, it grows into a Mushroom minion that attacks whoever Sporr'gram is attacking. Mushroom minion attacks also apply Neurotoxin and have increased movement speed on Mycelium.
E- Psilocybic Strike- Next auto does increased magic damage. If the enemy hit has any Neurotoxin stacks, Psilocybic strike does extra damage for each stack. If the Target has maximum stacks, they are also briefly immobilized (vomit eww) but all stacks are depleted in the process.
R- Fury of the Mushroom King- While active, Sporr'gram begins rapidly ejecting mushrooms in all directions. For the duration, Sporr'gram gains increased size, HP, and damage reduction. Neurotoxin stacks apply more quickly and have no cap for the duration. Neurotoxin stacks will not refresh beyond 5 when the ult finishes, stacks will simply decay down to 5.
