CHAMPION CONCEPT: Zer'Tara -- The Beast from Below
The idea behind this character is to make a late game burst mage, who has a punishable early game and kitable kit for the sake of balance. She has some drawbacks, such as the 5 item limitation (akin to Viktor) from her passive and limited stats (akin to Pyke). Below is a description of her kit and backstory. Zer'Tara -- The Beast from Below Backstory: A voidspawn native to Bilgewater. Is believed to have the power to fell entire fleets of ships with the movement of her hand. Controls dark waters, a corrupted form of the sea known for inflicting searing burns on anything it contacts.
Passive: Blight of the Seas - Zer'Tara's abilities charge up her Corrupted Tear. This unique item holds up to 9 charges, gained through takedowns and assists (2 for a takedown, 1 for an assist) Upon activating her ultimate, she expends 3/6/9 charges to deliver a dark water burn, which deals 90/180/360 (+30% AP)) true damage. Zer'Tara is unable to build bonus armor or magic resist. Items that grant this have those stats converted to mana regen.
Q: Voidborn Piracy - Activating this ability increases gold gain from minion, monster, and champion kills. When activated, mana gradually drains every 2 seconds.
W: Shipwreck - Creates an area of effect in the shape of a rectangle for 4 seconds. Enemies caught in this area are slowed by 30%/45%/55%/70%/90%. If caught in the area for more than 2 seconds, the enemy will be rooted. On the fourth second, the area detonates, releasing volatile void energy and dealing 175/250/300/355/450 (+10% AP) magic damage
E: Shifting Seas - Zer'Tara rushes to a target, gaining 65/68/72/75/80% tenacity upon landing. This dash grants Zer'Tara 10% cooldown reduction for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds, and resets the cooldown on her W (Shipwreck) upon cast.
R: Rain of Terror - Zer'Tara selects a target on the map within a range. This target is then marked, and a column of water descends on the target, slowing them by 75/85/95% and dealing 250/475/600 (+15% AP) plus the damage from her Passive - Blight of the Seas
) dashing into nearly seperated Enemies who are lined up near each other. Still a good w then to get away as the slow would be a bit much combined with the large portion of damage it would also provide also please also respond with what you would have made the Cooldowns as this is a Important part that i am interested in seeing.
