Nocturne Skin Concept

The last skin released for a spoopy (spooky) friend Nocturne over here was Cursed Revenant Nocturne and honestly, i'm kinda bored with all of these skins centered around something scary. Yeah I get what he's supposed to be, but a silly skin would be pretty cool. This is a skin concept about a sorta deep sea or mermaid-like nocturne called Shell Guardian Nocturne.

This is how he'll look. His tail is a fish tail, arm blades will be razor-like fins, his armor will be a type of shell, and his face will be similar to the thresh skin with an octopus head. His Q ability (Duskbringer) will be blue like a fizz ult with fishes jumping out, his W will be the same as it doesn't really have much to work on since it sorta looks like water, his E will be like help or chains, and his Ult will be like an Illaoi mini game.
