PROJECT:Yasuo skin update

I personally think that PROJECT:Yasuo should get a skin update in terms of playstyle. The skin feels really "clunky" compared to High Noon Yasuo and I think that it would be so much fun to be able to be able to play PROJECT:Yasuo with that smooth "windy" feeling instead of it being all clunky and stuff because personally while the skin is great the clunkiness is making me feel
