Back 2 the Future Zilean

Would like a Back to the future type skin for zilean. Maybe the clock tower or Flux capacitor on his back and when he uses his speed buff it puts 88 above their head and puts flames on the ground behind the champ. Also you could make him have white hair and have a a white jacket. I don't know....something like this would be cool.
