Level up order : 1 W 2 E 3 W 4 Q 5 W 6 R 7 W 8 E 9 W then whatever you think would match the current game status Build: (remember to get upgraded jungle item after you get 700 gold) devourer jungle enchancement with chilling smite, rush this item and get it around level 6, don't be afraid that you won't be tanky enough, you can 1v1 anyone at this stage of the game with ult even if you are squishy, also you are probably going to outdamage everyone and survive high burst champs with your cc from your ult and the passive shield (the shield provides quite a lot even if you have no hp) Next, either get hextech gunblade or quinsoo's rageblade for offensive or randuin's omen/sunfire cape/deadman's plate for offensive. Now I will talk about , I would prefer you to get Hextech gunblade over quinsoo's, to be honest this item is pretty over powered right now, very cost effective, burst dmg and slow with extreme sustain during a fight or just clearing jungle ( you can regain tons of health But quinsoo's have it's own reasons to be picked over Hextech first, it provides tons of damage, and it clears so danm quick, the reason that this will offer you so much damage potential is that the attack speed it provides is super cost effective (and strong with your w) but you need to charge it, I prefer you to get this second though because you need the sated devourer to actually make this item more worth using as the synergy is so good, but you can still get this because you can sustain through the jungle quite easily as you are malphite, the passive and the upgraded jungle item and clear speed makes you jsut good enough to stay at max health clearing jungle but won't regain as much health clearing. Then at this point, the enemy team might start realizing you are not that tanky and will try to focus you down, but you gotta not let them fast, get some tanky items to make you able to tank a lot of burst dmg and sustain through them with your hextech quinsoo's combo, I prefer you to get the randuin as the aoe slow also makes you super good at chasing enemies down that you are focusing down, and the enemy ad carriers won't be able to do anything as your dmg will be enough to kill them in 3 seconds with your ult and burst dmg(chilling smite and hextech active, SO GOOD), also you get tons of w dmg as it scale with your armor and some dmg for your e(I am not even kidding about the damage you can do, it's hilarious) Runes: flat armor/flat ad/flat armor and magic pen red(or mix) flat armor yellow flat magic resist/cdr per level blues(you can mix this one) flat attack speed/flat attack damage/flat armor quins Masteries: just go offensive with jungle masteries or offensive and defensive masteries and fervor for the win. Summoner's spell: flash/ghost(prefered) smite(I am not gonna even say teleport you can't get devourer having tele top) I truely think that this build is pretty amazing as I win a lot of games(in normals) with this build, I win 4 out of 5 games on my first 5 games with this build, it is fun, hilarious and totally catches your opponents off guard with malphite's old meta of being so tanky, I think that this will also be pretty effective in rank but mostly late game type build instead of a early game build, as you can really only do so much early game Another weakness is that you use a lot of mana and you get 0 mana from items out of this build, also you have 0 cdr so that means your ult is gonna take ages to come back, but the active items can make you chase enemies so easily.
