Hex, 's younger.. crazier sister? really needs a sister after hearing "You think i'm crazy? you should see my sister!" dont you think? Hex is a super adorable mid/top/jg i came up with that i hope rito could make happen..? of course it'd take some time to get noticed but i have no problem waiting if you guys like it! tell me your thoughts!

• Q Hexblade, stop dualwielding and switch out for a cooler sword! does +30 damage and costs 80 mana each auto (like 's Q)

• W Throw a sword at a enemy (skill shot) if it misses you HAVE to go retrieve it, but if it hits; restores 70 mana and 70 hp, deals ____ damage to enemies.

• E Block incoming skill shots with your swords. Blocks 30 incoming damage ( if not a skillshot) Can deny caitlyns ult (Quit chasing my sister!)

• PASSIVE Mark a enemy with your HEX, marked enemy recieves ___ reduced movement speed, attack speed and reduced AP when they're near Hex. (Get Hexed!)
