i was looking on the internet and saw kayn his release date is 12 july and i cant see him in store but i can see him when i play ranked in the banning screen what is wrong ?

Server's aren't meant to be live for another 2 hours is why

give or take 2 hours he'll be playable (usually about 10am-12pm US Eastern time)
