Why nobody plays twitch s4

I want to know why I never see any twitch peeps in games,iplay twitch and i seem amazing at him and I win 100% of Every game I've played and haven't lost,he is overpowered as crap now in s4 and I don't see why nobody will want to play twitch except Koreans.

Twitch is a hard Champion for most people to play because hes so bad early and when you get to late game you have to be positioned very well to land his ult and hit most of the other team your better off just to play someone who does all around well all game such as lucian or jinx
