Lux (Smooth instrumental song for Lux)
Before you start listening, this is a song which belongs to the not very well known genre called 'Lounge'. Although the song features a lot of electronic instruments, its not your regular EDM/ Techno/ DnB/ Dubstep. This is a slow song meant to be listened to while, as the name suggests, Lounging. Basically what you wanna do is take out some time, sit down (with headphones on preferably but speakers work too!) turn off most lights to create a relaxing mood, close your eyes and just listen. Lounge music is supposed to relax you if you're stressed about something so try and relax while you listen to this.
Now about the song. The image inspired me a LOT. I mean Lux at the beach or by a pool got this slow electronic theme buzzing in my head which is pretty much what is in the song. Although it doesn't represent Lux as the Laser Sniping, Crazy-Laughing Hyper Clean up champ that it is, the song is more about my imagination of this pretty cute blonde girl relaxing at the beach, with headphones on, just bobbing away to the music (not necessarily this track).
One more thing, I should probably mention, is that personally I have been introspecting myself and introspection is not always a good thing. I've realized I have done some cruel things to people, not with bad intent, but they were cruel now that I think about it with a mature mind. I've been told that sometimes these feelings seep into what I'm writing unconsciously so, if the song feels sad, its probably more because of me than my perception of Lux.
Lastly, the gorgeous inspiring artwork is by Skyzocat and the link to the original artwork is here.
So, I hope you like this song. Do tell me what you feel or what this song makes you feel. I would love to hear any and all feedback from you. Tell me if you like Lounge music and if it relaxed you. A lot of effort went into this song, so if you feel its bad and want to downvote this to oblivion, please tell me what is it that you don't like so I can improve on later songs. I'm still learning this form of art so I could always use some guidance.
Happy Listening and Merry Christmas! :)[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
