[PETITION or help with skin mods] I miss the old heimerdinger model and voice

Ever since the Heimerdinger VU was released, I was depressed. Heimer was literally my favorite champion only for the voice and just how goofy it sounds. Riot has made skins that had the voice over of the old champion before visual updates, why didn't they do it for Heimer?

So here's what I petition: a heimerdinger skin with similar model to what he had before, but keeping the new Heimer's basic look aswell as having the old Heimer's VO.

Side note: If anyone would want to be an amazing person, could they also make a voice pack for SIU letting me change Heimer's voice back?
