Undertale Skins

Heyo, I was wondering if undertale skins would ever be possible, i realize riot would need to talk to the creator, but the creator of undertale started out by making a rom hack version of Mother (idk which game), so it would be very possible if they contacted him about this. The general idea is to match up characters from undertale with lol champs like them. ex Draven and Papyrus, Darius and Sans (if u dont get it i wont spoil the game), teemo and flowey, nidalee and undyne . . . and so on. I'm not an artist by any means so don't expect me to draw out what i think the skins would look like, but I would really enjoy to see a kind of crossover between Lol and undertale. Thanks
