I beg of you, when will the Taric update come out? He's in desperate need of a change and I can't bare to wait any longer.

I'll just direct you here.
It's nothing official, but I'll say this much. It's one thing to look forward to some changes, but another to just ask for things to change now without providing an example. who knows, maybe if a kit rework gets enough attention~~(hint)~~, it'll go through, and get put out.
