Hello Riot I am summoner icon collector and I wanted to ask You if You could make summoner icons like this ? Because then I could get icons of my favorite champions, what means more summoner icons to me. ^^ And please don't give them a RP price because I can't afford RP. (I am poor) Thank you. :)

It's a good idea, but you need to know that riot loves money money, so it will probably be RP.
