The Pool Player's Champion

Ok, so I was thinking, there are lots of semipermeable surfaces in the jungle (walls you can jump over, dash through, and shoot through, but can't just walk through). Most of the skill shots in the game can permeate these walls (for instance, Gnar's boomerang, Nidalee's spear, etc.). Only a few champion's gain a benefit from using these walls as solid surfaces. For instance, if Graves hits a wall with his Q, the shell immediately explodes and burns back, rather than pausing at the end of its range. However, this reflection seems to be a fairly unused mechanic.

Idea: A champion who gains extra damage by utilizing the walls as reflective surfaces. For instance, say his Q throws a ball (my immediate thought is a billiard ball, but I'm sure something else could be used, depending on the theme). If the projectile hits a wall, it bounces off at a reflected angle like when a billiard ball hits the edge of the table. The original range for the ability resets at the point of reflection, and maybe even damage increases when the projectile bounces. In essence, the champion gains extra range and damage for banking the ball off of surfaces at his opponent rather than just shooting a straight skill shot.

Also, his E can be a hop or a dash (like Gnar or Graves) that helps him to reposition to intercept the ball. If he catches the ball, Q's cooldown resets. Consequentially, he can either throw the Q and let it ricochet (max 2 - 3 times?), dealing increasing damage to the opponent, or he can jump in to catch the ball, giving him the ability to reposition for another shot.

I recognize this is very similar to Gnar's mechanic with his boomerang because catching the boomerang partially resets cool down, but the key difference would be that Gnar uses his ability to poke his opponent or slow him down. However, this champion's ability would be used for punishing an opponent for getting cornered (I have this image in my head of catching an enemy jungler at blue buff and bouncing the ball off the walls to hit them three times). If the jungler escapes the pit, the E "dash/hop" ability can be used to try to pursue. It would also reward skill shots based on the increased damage and range from reflections. If the champion were to be in a lane, it's better for him to fight his opponent near a wall and ricochet off the wall, or he may be able to catch a fleeing opponent through a bank off the wall in order to increase the range.

I'm not sure what the champion would be thematically. My first thought was for him to be TwistedFate's brother, but he uses billiard balls instead of cards :) He could also be a martial artist like Shen or Zed, but I can't think of a reflective martial arts weapon (shurikens are meant to puncture, not bounce). If you wanted to do a pool party skin, the guy could throw sloshy inner tubes.

Anyways, thoughts? Suggestions?

I posted something like this maybe a week or two ago.

Basically a champion that revolves around reflecting and such.
