Lucian Skin
Im not sure if this was brought up but why isnt there like a Django lucian skin or atleast high noon skin. I think it would fit lucian nicely. They both lost the ones they love and dual wield guns.

I mean, they could release a Lucian skin and probably have it give the 3rd most revenue of any champion since he's super easy to pick up and does quite a shit ton of damage considering you don't have to hit your spells to get your passive. I'm not sure why they don't, but y'know, Lucian has the 2nd most play rate of the entire champion roster out of the entire game, he's played so much in every league from Bronze to Challenger simply because he's so much more dominating then any other champion when it comes to ADC's.
The moment I saw Lucian, I thought a Django Lucian skin would be pretty amazing. Riot could probably put a pretty hefty pricetag on the skin, and I would still buy it.
