This isn't really topic related but judging by the post I can see that English probably isn't your first language. Maybe post it in your own language so we could translate because to be honest I don't really understand the concept. Although trying to understand it just looks like you got a bunch of abilities from different champs and put it all into one. So, from my understanding it is a Karthus, Rammus, Riven and Darius (The passive just looks like Darius' bleed). I don't really like that idea to be perfectly honest.

I'm going to be honest. Half of the posts in this topic don't seem very serious at all. This champion concept isn't well thought out, as it simply takes different champion abilities and mashes them together. The idea of a Void Knight seems pretty intriguing, but this concept is mostly a mess that needs some refining. I suspect that it might be a struggle for you because English might not be your first language, so that is understandable.

Hit in lance give stand and give a little to make health the lanced glows Blue like Nunu W need 5 seconds and 60 Mana

the W He is do blow glowing hit on spear Throws the discount for the front and causing damage to 70/ 100/ 130 /160/ 200/ need 100 mana

He do the motion in his spear like helicopters and the explosion of harm 150/ 200/ 235 /275/ 300 / AP need 120 mana and10 seconds

The R Burning blue flame ware rising strength by 25% armor and 25% magic ressist and 60% movement speed and 20% attack damage and 30% critical damage need 150 mana and 120 seconds

I like the idea! a murderess in vacuum is a good idea but you have to see and plan the moves very well and if I could draw a picture of nuvo sample would be a good thing! however for now good job summoner 4

hefsab skills the passive hefsab start with item that item is flame torch that item work when he kill 10 minun he get one flame and he put it same ward that item highiest all skills powers and when he death he get alive with 20% health if flame near him and one flame gone you can distroy the flame in one hit he can put 5 flame max

the Q it is like Shen E he Sprinted towards the enemy cause a weakness of Armour enemy by 30% and get the enemy to poison like summoner 14 passive work Q Burning the fire of the placethat was launched from him even place him up and and do 25/40/50/60/70/ ap that skill wana 40 energy and do 70/ 110/ 140/ 160 /200 /ad and need 9 second

the W Burning fire around him and the fire give him15%/18%/20%/ 22%/ 25% attack speed and 10%/ 14%/18%/21%/25% life steal and do 30/50/60/70/90/ ap when he level that skill this skill need 60 energy and need 15 second and work 5 second passive W the fire can attack like Heimerdinger W and do 25/50/80/90/100/ ap

the E he is Disappears and put a mirage in place and and do overpower hit dameg deal 80/130/155/170/200 ad this skill need 80 energy and 12 second passive work E the mirege is boom and do 70/100/140/160/200/ap and the over power hit do 400 ad

the ulit R he is Kicks off meteor like Sion ulit and do 200/300/500/ap that ulit need 120/100/70 second need 100 energy passive work the all flame is gone and pick him do 300/500/650 ap
