Cooldown Pings for Passive

I recently played Aatrox and the only thing my team has to know when my passive is up. But you cant ping your passive cooldown. Our ryze can Ping " E ready" and i yust think wow.... you have this every 2 seconds but something like a Zac/Aatrox passive is Essencial. Maybe there is a way to add Pings for your Passive if it has a cooldown.

Unless I'm failing to remember correctly, Aatrox's blood well bar is red when his passive is up, and white otherwise.

And both Zac and Aatrox should have an icon on their buff bar indicating their passives have been used recently.

Already happening, does take longer to implement than the ability CD, since they are exceptions.
