If those are what you say you are, then they are going to be awesome. Riot did mention that they wanted to create some cheaper skins other than Epic ones for 1350rp.

Yeah, those most likely are the April fools skins as they said there would be some others in this patch (just it wasn't all coming at the same time cause it'd be even bigger)
