As an ultimate ability for a new champion design (to which I built the champion around) I was thinking something like rumble but a bit stronger. So he has his ult in a line that you place and it does damage on the ground. How about an ult that you place on 2 sides of a wall and from the start of that wall it pushes them in? I think having it be impassible would be a little broken so having dashes go over it would be good. But the design would kind of me like a trap champion. Something like a booby-trap expert (hehe boobies). So his passive could be a really team fight reliant one. In the sense that for every champion cc'd on the enemy team (hard cc so slows don't count) he gains which ever stat he relies on like ad or ap, maybe you change what he gets from it but I think it's cool. Also have it fall off like Ashe stacks. As a Q ability make it like a basic skill shot I was thinking a short range Caitlyn E that doesn't knock you back but a slowing net concept. Then the W can be a 3 hit passive or some sort of weaker ability for balancing reasons. Maybe if he tags them with anything then they have like a tahm kench style passive that where if 3 cc abilities are used on that champion (all allies can proc this with hard cc) and it will detonate a a semtex grenade that does damage to everyone around and only slowing enemies hit by it but not the initial target. And as an E ability something like a recharge loader .5 second root would be cool but have it as a skill shot to make it harder to land. So the abilities could be: Passive: For every champion hit by hard cc in a radius will give 1 stack to increased stats, 1 falling off every 2-3 seconds if not hit hard cc'd.

Q: Fires a short range net skill shot that slows the target.

W: 3 hit proc passive where if he hits a champion with either his Q or E he will put a mark on them. From that point on if 2 or 3 hard cc abilities are used on that champion they will proc a grenade that deals damage in an area, slowing everyone hit but not the champion that proc'd the grenade.

E: holds 2 charges of a .5 second root that deals damage in a skill shot

R: places a barrier wall that connects to 2 surfaces and will push enemies in for a duration. With a slow when touching the wall/being pushed. (Can be flashed or dashed over)

I love the idea of a trap specialist champion, especially for a jungling or support role, but the wording on the first paragraph is a little jumbled and hard to follow, might recommend a little more formatting there.
