Make a new Lux skin.

So many people have made custom skins for other champions which turn out amazing, Lux has a ultimate skin but everyone who knows that they main a champ it gets boring after months, or even years. Instead of giving champs who already have skins more and more often, give a champ a new skin who you barely even notice.

This is my opinion.
