WHY IS THERE NO COSPLAY SKIN!?!? IT WOULD BE SICK TO PLAY AS CHAMP WHO IS DRESSED LIKE ANOTHER CHAMP. I PERSONALLY THINK THAT WOULD BE REALLY FUNNY!!! CAN RITO MAKE IT!?!?!? :O

It would cause way too much confusion in game. That's why they've never done it. The same reason they can't make too many drastic changes in current skins. They can't lose the champion identity.
