This of course has no testing and is simply a rough draft of a champion. In no way to be considered balanced or viable yet.

Vell'esia - The Night Stalker

Playstyle: Hybrid Assassin

Color scheme: Dark purple, black.

Pros:

  1. Amazing 1v1 engages.
  2. Ability to sneak into a team fight and isolate a main damage dealer.
  3. Able to counter jungle like crazy.
  4. Great scaling lategame

Cons:

  1. High cooldowns at low ranks.
  2. Reliant on items to build damage.
  3. Relies on health to keep her alive, rather than Armor and Magic Resist.
  4. Must disengage often if ultimate ability is not up.
  5. No HP% damage

Note: This character is ALWAYS crawling. This will allow smooth transitions between her passive and a wall.

I need you to picture the circle of "champion near Vell" being very very big. This would actually allow more counterplay ontop of allowing her to sneak up on someone.

Passive: Creeping Death: Movement speed, stealth, AD over time buff:

AD Scaling: FLAT 2/5/8 at 1/8/16. Stealth duration: 2 seconds after entering vision of an enemy champion, or if no enemy champion is nearby.

When unseen by a champion Vell can see, Vell will enter stealth for 2 seconds(THIS MAKES WARDING VITAL), this effect begins to diminish when the enemy could technically see her. Vell gains 30% movement speed, and a stacking AD buff (up to 5 times and only a flat scaling.) This buff would provide her with 2/5/8 bonus AD on her next attack at levels 1/8/16. Activateable by clicking on a wall: Vell will climb onto the wall and enter stealth for the remainder of her sitting still or until hit. This effect has a 180 second cooldown per wall used. Otherwise 8 seconds. (similar to Talons).

Q: Break: Stun, Stall power AD Scaling: 0.7 Cooldown: 8/8/5/5/4 Knockback Distance: Short Stun duration: 2 seconds Restun delay: 8 seconds Description: Vell Raises her fist in disagreement, shortly after slamming it onto the ground stunning one champion in front of her and knocking back any in a cone behind them. Everytime you successfully stun someone with this ability, your ultimate cooldown is lowered by 1/2/3 seconds (depending on Ultimate rank.)

W: (HP)Reckless Retreat: W: Leap, Refreshes E: Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 HP Scaling: 40% Current Health Leap length: Distance scaling with 40% of your current hp. Attack speed scaling: 1% attack speed - +100, 2% attack speed - +200, 2.5% attack speed - +275. Killing or assisting in a kill with this skill on cooldown will reset Overwhelming bite. Description: Vell leaps in a chosen direction to disengage combat, gaining a shield for 25/40/85/110/150 scaling with attack speed. If Vell has no skills off cooldown, the speed of this skills cooldown is 2x.

E: (AP)Parasitic Bite: E: Poison, Refreshes W and Q: Cooldown: 15/15/13/13/11 Base damage: 80/130/150/160/180 AP Scaling: .3 Poison damage: 50/80/140/170/220 (True) Killing an enemy unit with this skill will reduce the cooldown of Break and Reckless Retreat by 1 second. Killing an enemy champion with this skill will refresh both Break and Reckless Retreat. Vell bites the enemy on the neck causing them to be poisoned, slowing while attached, she then launches herself back.

PLEASE keep in mind before you read this that scalings and base stats/damage are 2 different things.

R: Burrows, Isolates, Backline Single Target Control, Attack speed/AD steroid: (everything happens in order) Cooldown: 180/140/100 Burrow duration: 3/4/5 seconds Impaling base damage: 100/200/300 Burrow duration with enemy champion: 2/3/4 seconds (You both then emerge where ever you end up) Attack speed increase: 20/25/30% AD increase: 25/30/35 Impale AD/AP scalings: .4/.5 Both AD and AP scalings are doubled for 2/3/4 seconds after emerging on all skills, killing an enemy refreshes this duration.
