Idea for a New Champion.

I was wondering if there could be a new champion that could look like this person in x-man called wade wilson riot could change his character and the champions name would be Project-x, Im not sure about his abilities but i thought that if riot made this champion it would be really popular? I thought about the abilities and think his R would be like a laser like Lucian's Q. His w could also be like Lucian's dash,not sure what key his dash is, not sure about the other keys for him. please write any ideas you could think about this maybe future champion.
