Yasuo and Lucian nerfs....

Yasuo was my main champion to play. I was really interested ever since the first time I saw him and ever since it's been a huge joy. Now, with all his nerfs, is it still yasuo? I don't think so. Yasuo is a huge hyper carry especially with his kit. Which I understand how some might think is over powered. However, I used to play yasuo almost every game and it's really a hit or miss. He is strong but he isn't op. My point is, it makes Yasuo not yasuo. I used to be afraid when I played against Yasuo, but always had the most fun because it's challenging but yet hilarious when you outplay a Yasuo. This latest health nerf really hit him hard. He isn't the same feared champion. The Lucian nerf on his e is also a big issue. It totally changes the way you play Lucian because of his tiny range. His mana on his e takes away his mobility and positioning to kill. This would be totally acceptable if he had true adc range. Lucian, just isn't Lucian anymore. But he hasn't changed for the better is the issue.
