[Champion Concept] "Rise of the Villians" Brekken the Savage Mercenary (Jarvan's Enemy)

I've made 5 champions which form up a team called "Rise of the Villians" (every champ has 2 passives)

Brekken the Savage Mercenary **Lore: **He's called the Betrayer of Demacia and Jarvan's greatest enemy. Brekken was the greastest soldier in the Lightsheild Army and Jarvan's best friend. They fight beside each other in every war Lightsheild Army reach, war by war they both become stronger and stronger until the Lightsheild Army made a mistake lost the Noxian, Jarvan and Brekken got caught but only Jarvan who got rescued leaving Brekken to suffer his life in Noxus' jail. Jarvan can't handle the depressed of losing his best friend so he gain best soldier and went on a journey. Later after he got back, in the night where every one is sleeping the alarm alert, there are someone strike the Lightsheild castle. Jarvan cannot believe his eyes, his best friend Brekken along with Noxus' General Sion had killed Jarvan the Third, his father. The story was told mouth to mouth of how these two man become the greatest enemies. No one have ever see Brekken again even in Noxus until the Field of Justice begins and there is a sign "Brekken"...

Skill [Passive] More Pain!: Brekken gains bonus 0.5 armor and 0.5 magic resist per 1% health he's missing Let them Breed!: Brekken deals 10% more damage on bleeding enemy

[Q] Slash Them!/Enjoy the Blood! (After activate "Slash Them!" for 6 sec Brekken can cast new skill called "Enjoy the Blood!" which has no cost) Active Slash Them!: Brekken changes his auto attack from using his fists to his knifes for 5 seconds. Each attack deal 60/70/80/90/100 (+0.7 attack damage) Active Enjoy the Blood!: Brekken will gain 10% bonus lifesteal if he uses his knife to attacks bleeding enemy Cooldown: 10 sec after finish the duration at all level Mana cost: 70 at all levels

[W] Cut their Joint!/Cut their Vain! (After activate "Cut their Joint!" for 6 sec Brekken can cast new skill called "Cut their Vain!" which has no cost) Active Cut their Joint!: Throws a knife in the target direction slows all champion it passes through deal 60/70/80/90/100 (+0.5 attack damage) Active Cut their Vain!: Throws the second knife in the target direction leaves all champion it passes through with bleeding and deal 100/110/120/130/140 (+0.8 attack damage) Cooldown: 13 sec after throwing the second knife at all level Mana cost: 90 at all levels

[E] Hooked!/Surprise! (After activate "Hooked!" for 6 sec Brekken can cast new skill called "Surprise!" which has no cost) Active Hooked!: Brekken throws his chain in the target direction deal 50/75/100/125/150 (+1 ability power) to the first enemy it hits. If he leaves the chain at the enemy for 6 second he pull it back deal 100/110/120/130/140 (+1 ability power) Active Surprise!: Brekken jump to the target locked by his chain and stuns them for 0.75/1.00/1.25/1.50/1.75 second Cooldown: 18 sec after jumping to the target or pull the chain back at all level Mana cost: 50 at all levels

[R] Bone Crusher! Active Brekken rush to the target and stop them for 1.25 second then deal 50/75/100 (+1 attack damage) and reduces their armor by 30/40/50% Cooldown: 100/90/80 sec Mana cost: 100 at all levels
