trade up system

i honestly think that riot should make a system to where we could do trade of which we choose, for instants i could have project yi and project fiora and trade those two good skins for like a really really good skin like soulstealer vayne or hextech annie, this is just an example but let me know if u have other ideas for a skin trade system
