Champion Concept: Mistree, the Forgotten Biologist
Started this project in November of 2017. Wanted to design something from scratch so I was like "Lets design a Ghost Yordle!" I honestly have more respect for Riot's balance team because getting stats down for the abilities is rough. Since this is my first time making ANY ideas or pieces of advice would be welcome.

Mistree, the Forgotten Biologist Gender:Female Race: Yordle Birthplace: ???? Residence: Anywhere Faction: Bandle City?? Role: Specialist Attack Range: 425 Her magic is powered by mana.
Lore: Mistree is a Yordle ghost who carries around her book of nature and science. Her main objective is to simply learn about the creatures and environments of Runeterra. As more and more powerful entities revel themselves, her thirst for knowledge is never sated. Her time of death was at the same point the Blessed Isles were corrupted by the Black Mist. Being a wild mage who studied ancient magic she combines this with her knowledge of Biology and the fact that shes a ghost to enhance her allies or wither away her enemies. In the long run, all she wants to do is study all forms of life. Dispite being a ghost shes a nice person but honestly dislikes the Shadow Isles(since they want to kill everything) and the void(Since they want to eat everything). Just don't get in the way of her research or you will see her ugly side.
Passive: No limits
- Whenever Mistree cast a spell, she gains 10/15/20/25 % increased attack speed and 25/30/35/40% increased movement speed for 5 amount of seconds.( If she is Haunting an ally the ally gains the the passive No limits) Cooldown: 10 seconds
Q: Cursed Bolt
- launch a orb of green lightning in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit putting the Cursed Debuff on them. If the cursed target uses a ability within 1 second of being cursed they take additional magic damage. Damage:70/90/110/130 (+50% AP) Magic Damage Curse damage: 50/75/100/125( 30%AP) Magic Damage Cooldown: 7 seconds Mana: 40 Range: 1000
W: Helpful Haunting
- Move to target ally and haunt them,becoming untargetable until you exit your ally. 30% of damage your haunted ally takes is redirected to you. Auto Attacking is disabled if haunting a ally champion. Mistree can cast spells from your Possessed allys position. She can recast this ability to dash out of your haunted target in target direction.
Passive: While not haunting a ally every 2nd auto attack is charged with energy from living things around her adding an additional Magic damage (20% AP) to her auto attacks. Passive damage: 20/30/40/50 (20%AP)
Cooldown: 10 seconds Mana: 80 Target Range: 500 Exit Dash range: 350
E: Call the Leyline
- After a short delay target area becomes filled with lighting and volatile energies from nature. Last for 3 seconds. Every second the damage increases by 20% of her ability power. The enemy is slowed for 2 seconds. Upon entering and exiting the damage area. Damage: 100/125/150/175 Cooldown: 10 Seconds Mana: 100 Range: 800 Effect Radius: 500 Slow:25%
R: Unspoken Agony
- Mistree Screams with all her might in a cone, causing all enemies who hear it to becoming feared or stunned . Can charge to cause a larger aoe, more damage and different effects. Max charge time 3 seconds. 3 Stages 0, 1, 2 Damage: 100-250(70% AP) to 200-450(70% AP) Cast time: .25 seconds Cooldown: 160/140/120 Mana: 150 Angle: 70 degrees Effect Radius: 500 – 1000( increases with charge time) Stage 0: 1 second Stun/no fear Stage 1: 2 second Stun/ 1 second Fear if far Stage 2: 2.5 Stun if close/ 1.5 second fear if far.
Playstyle: Mistree can go as a midlaner, toplaner or support. Her job is to protect her allies while making the enemy really think about their actions. Her kit mainly keeps dive comps in line. Her limited mobility would make it so she really needs a ally to get work done but if played defensively can take advantage of greedy opponents. The Q ability makes the enemy think if casting a spell to retaliate is worth it, basically acting as a silence. Her W when not active is some additional damage if shes alone which may open up different playstyles. If Mistree is haunting a ally the game changes a bit because your life is in your allys hands. The E ability is a zoning tool which applies some lite crowd control and ok wave clear. Lastly, the Ultimate is the game changer. Big aoe with a fear effect if at the edge or a stun if close by.
