Should Riot delete old inactive accounts?

There are thousands of old inactive league accounts with highly sought after names. I've created a very small list so you understand the gist of what I mean when I say highly sought after.

• Ahri: https://oce.op.gg/summoner/userName=ahri Inactive account. Not played on since season 5.
• LeeSin: https://oce.op.gg/summoner/userName=lee+sin Another inactive account which also hasnt been played on since season 5.
• Galio: https://oce.op.gg/summoner/userName=galio Probably more sought after now that his rework has been released.
• Urgod: https://oce.op.gg/summoner/userName=urgod Even memey names like Urgod which people would be interested in having are taken by accounts which havent been touched for years and months.

These are only 4 of the thousands of names across each region which people would be dying to get their hands on. (Note that I only used examples from OCE)

My suggestion: Riot should create a system where if an account hasn't been used for an entire season an email goes out reaching to the owner of the account informing them that the account will be deleted in a month or so. Something like that. That way at the start of each season active members of the community have an opportunity to snatch up a name which they would like, but haven't had the option to take due to inactive accounts like the ones I posted above. (Also Riot if you do decide to implement this feature all I expect as a finder's fee is the username "Ahri" on OCE )

TL:DR Riot should delete old inactive accounts so we can change our usernames into ones which have been taken
