It would be cool to have a debuff called "disarm" that champions use on other champions that prevents them from autoattacking and maybe using abilities in some cases. So basically I guess they could only run around. I was thinking it could be used on melee champions like assassins or tanks.

Quinn's Q does that to minions and monsters. Prevents them from auto attacking, called "disarm".

there is already a CC called that, and it does that.

it just isn't used much.

it'd be cool to have an ability or an item that does that
