Wanderer, The Vegabond

DESCRIPTION The Wanderer is is like the AD jungle version of Bard. Although he doesn't have any collecting wandering around is what allows him to be as deadly as he is unknown. Wanderer's skills have no mana cost, but his secondary bar is talked about in his passive It is said that Wanderer is a contract kill, that he heals those who are sick or who are lost find their way, and even that he is just a myth by very few, but what is known about him is that he does exist

Passive - Force Unknown While unseen by any unit (has to been within allied champions vision range themselves for him to be seen (can still see him on map though)) Wanderer gains a stack of Force Unknown every 10/8/6 seconds, and if Wanderer kills a unit and then becomes unseen to a unit he gains a stack. Max 10/12/14/16/18/20

Q - Lost Soul Cost 2 stacks of Force Unknown Wanderer targets an enemy champion for 5 seconds. During this time Wanderer gains 30/35/40/45/50% increased movement speed towards them and deals 2/3/4/5/6% of their current health in physical damage. Cooldown 10 Seconds

W - Lone Path (Placeholder for a better name) Cost 1 stack of Force Unknown Passive - When walking in a straight line Wanderer gains 10/15/20/25/30 bonus movement speed while outside of combat. (Toggle) Wanderer heals for 2/4/6/8/10% of his missing health every 5th attack Cooldown 2 seconds

E - Just a myth (Placeholder again) Cost 5 stacks of Force Unknown Wanderer Fires his gun at an enemy champion that champion loses sight of him, if Wanderer can hit that champion again from behind then that champions takes 100/115/130/145/170 (+70% of bonus AD) physical damage Cooldown 15 seconds

R Be forgotten with me No Cost Wanderer targets and enemy and then both him and the targeted champion become invisible to ALL units on the map For 4/6/8 seconds. During this time both Wanderer and the enemy champion can only hit each other, can move through units, and Wanderer does 10/15/20% more damage to that champion.
