Skin Idea: Arcade (Plumber) Twisted Fate

My idea for the skin revolves around his ultimate being a Mario warp pipe. I was trying to figure out if Arcade Twisted Fate or Plumber Twisted Fate would be a better concept. Ultimately I feel that the Arcade line of skins would mesh well, but that is not to say that TF wearing a baseball cap in overalls with a tool belt throwing dollar store cards wouldn't be great...
