C.C.D Ferce, Fish Controller

What's up guys, soo I'm kinda new to this stuff, but i wanted to create a champion, so here's what i got. Not sure if you guys will like it. If you guys have any suggestion or complain, plz comment it below so i can learn and create a better champ. Also, i'm not a good artist, so if you guys have any interest, plz try it out and maybe draw it, it's all depends on you. Or we could work together or something, whatever.

Ability: Passive: As his level increase, his reel string increases and increases his abilities’ range

Q: Bait throws small bait at medium range location. After a few second, a group of piranhas rushes out of Fin’s little fish cage, aiming for the bait dealing AP slow damage

W: Blowing Hook Throws a hook with a puffer fish at a long range location. When it lands, a puff fish blows up into a small radius, pushing any enemy to the side dealing AP damage

E: Fish Trap Fin places a small fish trap on the ground. When enemy champion, minion, or monster steps on it, they get trapped, and gets shredded and electrified by electric eels dealing ap scaling damage.

R: YeeHoo Fin reels out the hook behind him starting the channel. After few second, a large fish (maybe a whale) will bite the hook, letting Fin pull the fish toward where he want dealing AOE ap damage.

Visual: Slandered size body, a huge amount of beard, a modified fishing rod that is bigger than him, and bunch of fished on his belt

Skin Idea: URF Fin: his ult will be a small food hooked on the hook, and when he pulls the food, toward the location that he wants, a giant urf comes out with his spatula and fork, and land on the ground.
