New Quinn Skin

Now I know I may only be a low level 28 here, BUT, I'd like to talk about how I want to see a new, cheap skin for Quinn, maybe around 520 RP as some players can't afford to buy the other skins available with Quinn. I have been playing top basically the whole time I've played League of Legends and I've come upon many great champs for the lane, but my favorite is Quinn. The amount of early game harass she can put onto her opponent is incredible. Her passive and E give very huge amounts of damage with an autoattack after. Now, back to my main goal with this thread, I want to main Quinn top when I get into ranked. If I will be playing her as my main, I'd like to have a skin for her. Now I absolutely love Woad Scout Quinn, but I can't afford it. I currently only have 13 RP, but I bought a ward skin awhile ago that I'd be fine with refunding to get 640 RP back. With this I could buy a skin that is worth no more than 653 RP. Maybe even just put one of her skins on sale for a few days to a week (preferably woad scout) just to save the time of trying to come up with a new skin. To wrap up, I would love so much to see a new skin come out for Quinn worth around 520 RP or for one of her current skins to go on sale. Please think about this reqeust and thank you for reading.
