Skin test concept

Hello everyone! My concept is actually really simple. I want to have a mode just like the practice tool, where you can exclusively test out skins BEFORE you buy them. I believe that this skin testing mode would make up for the 3 maximum refund points you get on your account. I would like to know what you guys think and why it could/couldn't work.[galio-happy]
