Swain needs some love

So as someone who has enjoyed swain for quite some time wondering why u guys never give him any love in the skins department. Look at his release date compared to some other new champions. (Swain was released back on 2010-10-5 and only has 3 skins compared to draven who was released 2012-6-03 and has 6 skins). A whole 2 years later and has double the amount swain has. In fact Tyrant swain his legendary skin isn't that huge of a change over regular swain compared to a large portion of other legendarys. So my question to you riot is when will he get some love.
